I look at PT as sort of a huge limousine that all of us have been knocking around in back in the party seats. While we've been having a great time, few of us noticed the driver nor really cared so much about where we were going or what we would do if there was trouble under the hood as long as the joy ride continued.

The flat tire has been fixed while everyone stood anxiously along the side of the road getting a bit chilly in the real world without Pachitalk.

We all noticed that Sid boldly stepped forward to become the driver and so much more, getting us out of the cold and back to the relative warmth of our surroundings. But did anyone notice that Sid not only fixed the flat but checked under the hood as well?

Few of us want to be stuck along side the road again or even worse run the limo without proper maintenance and frequent tuneups. Sid's at the wheel now, and he's reviewing the owner's manual at every stop light while steering us along our merry way.

Sid now views the party we have from a different perspective, looking in the rear view mirror to what we are doing, but never really able to be the same reveler because his eye must forge a path into the future.

To you, Sid, we pledge our support. You have made a bold move to save us all so that we can continue to celebrate all things pachi and then some. We promise to behave, help one another and remain loyal to your credo of "One for all and all for one!"

And now, my pachi friends, relax while Sid researches a bit, does a major tune up, revs the engine and takes us on the trip of our life!
