Since I am farting around with the nails, I might as well get the tools made for them.

Finally, the ball lifter is working excellent. I am going to fabricate a better looking part for the pushing assembly, this one is a prototype.

    On to the next issue.

Just got this book today, it goes into detail about the nails. It makes much more sense about the, angle, placement, everything.

It's always interesting to see what others do, customizing their machine.

    Great Job!

Definitely custom, however another door can be put into place with not too much trouble. That's how I designed it.

I took a video of the ball travel on the playfield. Hopefully, this will help me to tune up the nails.

How are you "buying" balls to the shooter tray?

I don't understand the question, I am still learning about the Pachinko game. I have a storage tray with extra balls.

If the balls keep getting stuck on your spinners like that; you need to either:

    1. Adjust the “Nekase” (slant rewards) of the machine in the cabinet; it should not be perfectly vertical but tilted/leaning back 2-3 degrees so the balls stay falling down playfield not constantly bouncing off the glass. (Refer to “Winning Pachinko” book.

    2. Adjust the nails those spinners are on to tilt upwards a bit so balls do not have a chance to get stuck. And/or hammer them in slightly deeper, also your nails are tarnished which doesn’t allow a low friction surface for the spinners to spin on; I’d polish them up good and shiny!

Since a pachinko game has a built in house edge, all your losing balls will soon end up where your lifter is putting them. In a parlor, you buy more balls, with a home system by pressing a button. At home,, the hot setup is to trigger your payout mechanism from the front so you don't have to open your cabinet when you run out. Something to think about.

the problem your having with loading balls to the shooter (time stamp 2:09) is spring tension.. you have the shooter shooting so hard your not pulling the lever far enough to load the balls.. soften the spring tension so you can pull the lever further..

Currently if you pull the shooter to is max and let it fly the ball will hit the rubber stopper (the stopper at the top of the play field) and bounce way back.. no reason to beat the rubber stopper to death..

AWESOME! I will get started. The cabinet is 100% level, I will change it too 2-3 degrees as you said. I haven't done anything yet, I was waiting for the tools from Japan, and I have been reading the book, making notes. Please keep the advice coming. Thanks a lot.

Great, I'll get it done. I am not educated in this game and this input is what I need to, learn, and tune up the game correctly. I am reading as much as I can, and taking notes.
