Default Indiana Jones, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

    Time for another movie review.
Thurday was the wifes birthday, so we went out for dinner and a movie.
After a gourmet meal at our favorite resturant, it was off to see Indy.
I dont think there are too many people that Don't like the Indiana Jones trilogy, and they will find this to be a great addition to the first three movies.
The plot is well done and somewhat predictable as far as indy's adventures.
Harrison Ford looked great, and according to the wife is still as sexy as ever.
I enjoy Harrison in most all of his roles, especially movies like Clear and Present Danger, Fugitive, Air Force One, etc.
The movie overall was well done, with awesome stunts and good CG.
Although in some places, the CG was a little too obvious and looked phoney.
I like any movie that is done by Lucas or Spielburg and this one is no different!
I don't like to give anything away when I describe movies (I want you to be suprised) But I will say, they left it open for a sequel.
So... On the Big Bear Steve scale of one to four, This movie rates four PLUS thumbs up!! +
It is worthy of the money spent on a ticket.

Yeah, I want to see Ironman also, but our small theater here isn't showing it anymore. Snooze you lose.
Now it's a two hour drive to the big city if I want to catch it.

My wife and I saw the movie last week. It wasn't the best of the series nor is it the worst. I would give it 3 stars out of five. The acting was well done but the movie went to far to "X-files" side of reality. And well I am not against putting "The moral of the story" into a movie. They could have done it with a little more class.

Don't read if you haven't seen the movie.

I thought the funniest line was when Indie was sinking in the loose sand and they told Indie to

I liked it alot, but I've heard some bad reviews. I think the bad reviews came from people with super high expectations. If you were expecting it to be as good as Raiders or Last Crusade...its not, but it was still a very good film.

Thank you for the reviews. The trailers didn't catch my attention, so I don't have too high expectations for the movie. Even so, I'll try to see it in the theatre (when the baby is in daycare ) and I'm sure I'll love it.

Just saw the movie. I won't say anything about plot for those who haven't seen it yet. I did not like it. Too many things wrong.

But that's me. I didn't go in with over blown expectations, but there were some elements that kept pulling me off the screen and returning me to the chair in the theater. I hate that. I like to be part of the story from the beginning to the end.

Will I buy the DVD? Yes, I have to keep the collection full.
