That was me that got the Julie. I set my alarm for 6:00am got up and placed a last second bid, won the item and then went back to bed for a little while. This is my first Pinball so Im excited to see what Im in for. Just 1 stupid question. How many balls should I have for normal
play. Im sure the 500 they give you just aren't enough.

you will need a minimum of 1000 but 1500 will make for a real easy life on the ball handeling specialy if you put it in a cabinet that has a hopper on top

Now that's a dedicated ebay sniper...setting the alarm clock and everything! Way to go! I'm just wondering how you could go back to sleep, knowing you snagged a Julie at what could be the lowest price seen yet on ebay.

I'd pick up another 2000 balls if I were you, you can never have too many. Plus we all know you'll be getting another pachinko soon enough. Goldenstatetraders1 has the best price I've seen on ebay - $60 shipped USPS Priority if you can win it at the starting bid, which isn't hard to do if you're patient. They put em up regularly. Check in the auction site here...someone is selling balls as well. And then there's always Gaku.

Nice price Captain Hook & had to laugh about setting your alarm and getting up early to bid on the item. Been there & got the T-shirt bidding on items from the USA that finished at 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning over here in the UK.

Anyway great 1st pachinko choice & I hope it gets to you in great condition.

Congrats, Captain! You did good and you're going to enjoy it. You need at least 1000 balls, as mentioned... but get yourself 1500 total to be happy is also right.
