Anyone do business with this ebay seller? bestsellerbooksdirect

I bought two books on buy it now and wanted to combine orders for the shipping discount. I messed it up somehow and they send me two separate invoices for each book. On top of that they said they would be charging something like 10 bucks for insurance. On the auction it said I had to take the insurance for 2.99. At two books that does not come out to the ten they were charging. I have emailed them sent a question from the auction to both of they questions but they don't respond back. just sent me the individual invoices and the cr@p about if I intend to not pay they will give me bad feedback.

looking at their feedback I wouldn't have bid in the first place, they are overcharging on all shipping and insurance.

but they do combine shipping according to the ad, but it still would be a lot.

Looks like they are trying to avoid ebay fees by padding the shipping and insurance charges, what gets me it that they charge international rates to Alaska and Hawaii, send it USPS and the price is the same as to anywhere else in the US. I would have avoided them like the plauge
