I am finally getting around to explore this great past time...I bought a vintage modern pachinko about 2 years ago from Craigslist for $75. It is a 1993 Heiwa Tsunatori Monogatari. The ad stated that the machine was inoperable but I knew I could fix it. This thing is almost flawless and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. I started to try to diagnose it but had to put it away for another day. Now , 3 days ago I started trouble shooting what the heck was going on with the electronics so I could finally get this baby going. Found shorted electrical components and bad design. Wow was I surprised that I couldn't find a speck of information on this machine...NOTHING... At this point I have become determined to master this device. My plan is to create a complete manual of it. Everything from maintenance to troubleshooting and repair. I am currently starting on detailed circuit and wiring diagrams (very detailed diagrams). I am going to include the notorious B-1F controller. I believe that most of the problems this machine is having started from this controller. All of this information is going to be put into a repair manual and will be available to everyone. Thank you for reading this post and any information , data , resources , and past experiences you have had with this machine or others like it , will be helpful. I would like to find other broken machines that need my skills so I can make manuals for them too...
