Spin Luck Probability Button

I want to change the setting on my Spin Luck to a probability setting of 3. Once I put the key in turn it to the on position then turn the machine on I get a setting of 1. I can't find the button to advance this setting. Please help!!

It's the smallest black button, on the top, directly to the right of the reset key.
