Anyone know what the name of this machine is?

Letters at the top say "MAT" something, I can't make it out.

i thinks it's called decanta? or some such by maturi (a division of taiyo). same frame as eddies apollo arripachi

ok its called "giant seven " released in feb 2003 CR JAIANTOSEBUN

go to reasearch center under taiyo and click on the "sparrow emperor " machine this wil take you to the 2003 machines.
