Owner of Superman Returns question

Hello All, I have superman returns and I have never seen the "Super Chance" raise up

When you turn on the machine, it tilt to the side, and drops a ball to back of machine, but other then that, it has never done more

Just wondering if something is broken, or I'm just not lucky enough to get it to raise

Today it got stuck tilted to the side, so I took machine apart to straighten out, and I raised it by hand when machine was off, when I turned machine on, it lowered by itself

Any ideas?

And if own superman, have you gotten it to raise?

Also, when you turn on machine, does it do anything more then tilt to the side and drop a ball?

It's not a fever, its a super chance, from pressing button multi times during play, thanks for video, my machine is different from one posted, I have one custom pachinko is selling

I have a superman returns machine and the super chance is supposed to rock when first turning on, this is the machine testing the system. I have gotten this super chance a couple of times before I got a fever mode. Just keep playing it will happen it just takes awhile.
