light bulbs for vintage machines

can anyone tell me the what bulbs are the brightest for a vintage running off a 9volt battery?

I power the lighting on my vintage pachinko's with a 9V battery as well and I'm partial to LED bulbs myself, much brighter than incandescent and use far less power.
