Default Rose of Versailles - some questions!

The instructions are online, but key pages are in JPG format, and neither a translator page nor my horrible kanji training can decipher them..

What does that ramp do? The whole manual is there, and it looks great (played it at a local mini-parlor), but I don't et what the ramp on the right does, or the red pass-throughs at the bottom - the passthrough on the right doesn't even have a sensor, it seems (even on the website)! Otherwise, it is so pretty and fun. Anyone have any ideas?

Oh, and great forums! Glad to be here!

What do you mean Ramp ? Context please

the passthrough on the right doesn't even have a sensor, right, none of them do - it is to look good and equal.

The shooting ramp is where the ball travels up into the game. That ramp ?

No, those flowers on the right light up, but I can't tell how. the system that does this is called, on the japanese site, the 'ramp' (Ra-N-Pu).

UPDATE:I got my hands on a knowledgeable Japanese friend, and that 'Ramp' is the 'Ramp up' of the bonus rounds - I was reading it the wrong way.

What a great game, though! I loved reading this (as translated by a family friend). Are there any other manga-based pachinko machines?
