Kinda annoying after all the money I sent to them. i miss many opportunity on machines and even parts because I had to request manual bids and they didn't make them in time.

Manual bids do put the bidder at a considerable disadvantage. And all the proxy bidders I've been in contact with all require manual bids for pachinkos.
There are other proxy bidders in addition to Japamart though.I've used JAC to buy my Satomi "Robots". Although later they told me they don't handle pachinkos. So I reminded them that they had shipped one to me in the past and then they said ok, no problem.
