Lupin the 3rd broken, plz help

Hello, just got Lupin the 3rd, i'm a super hero (one with steering wheel)

It has side billboards that have lights that make pictures and words, on one side, half turned off

not much play time on this machine, and never on more than 2 hours

there are no error codes on this machine

only flashing red lights are volts

there are 8 numbers, one side is green lights, other side has 5 flashing red lights, 3 are off

the flashing red ones are +32V, +18V, +12V, +5V, +3.3V (non flashing/off 2.25V 1V .1V)

Any ideas? Thanks in advance, its from pachislot karen, so I asked her also

Boring stuff to advise I'm afraid. Measure your supply voltage coming out the transformer. a power led light blinking can be a sign of either a short circuit or insufficent supply voltage.

It fixed itself, no idea how, I moved machine to new location in the room, and put a bigger transformer on it, after running 20 minutes, it works now lights still flash in back, no idea why, and if good or bad
