    Default Star Wars Vader Rush

I found a Star Wars Vader Rush on Facebook and want to ask this group if this is a fun game and what is a reasonable price.

It's ok if you can stand the Constant double clicking of the diverter switches on the play field .

The price for that particular machine is around $2,000 or more

    If they are still available

I've had all three Star Wars pachis. I have to say. Its certainly aimed at a SW fan, but as a pachinko, to play I found it rather boring. As its all about getting the balls int eh top slot. Once you get the ball speed right, There's nothing to do.

    $2000 for a pachinko?
I’m out of my league with this one. I was thinking around $500. I like the theme, but can’t justify that price.

Agreed, the animatronics and 3D screen are really cool; but gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention those noisy ball diverter “clickers”.

It’s been a good investment pachinko though since it sells around 4 times what it used to cost several years ago! That’s rather unusual.

They cost more than $500 even when Clover Collectables imported over 100 of them at once several years ago. They fairly quickly sold all of them. Now they’re somewhat “rare”, desirable and Star Wars fans have deep pockets so value has increased quite a bit!

You might find the original Star Wars in the Lumina frame for that price range; it’s a better machine pachinko wise (if it’s got good odds); but not as impressive when comparing graphics, lack of 3D screen, animatronics, ect. Less “wow factor”.

The advent vader is the best of both. If you can get past the cartoon style character art. The crystalla frame has some pretty good cels too.

Is there a difference between the gold frame and the red frame?

    Different color.

But as far as playability-wise no, lots of frames come in different colors. You can still cell swap the cell into the different colored frames as long as it’s the same frame model 99% of the time.

Here's a Very Interesting point to the White Lumina Frame .

You put a good light on the frame and you'll see it has Gold Metal Flake molded in the White Plastic.
