battle counters on Maharaja and Ultraman

I am getting ready to put battle counters (Miina 21e) on my maharaja and ultraman machines.

For those of you who have already done this...where did you hook up the extra wires.

The Ultraman connector has five sets of wires comming out of it while the counter only has three.

Maharaja has four sets of wires in it's connector, where does the extra one hookup to. Here are the instructions that were supplied with the connector and battle counter.

i think they are just spare wires for home use and may have been used just in palours

I read Arby's instructions and he had a different connector for Jaws (3 sets for wires) and Ultraman (5 sets) and he was hooking up to a Miina 21e battle counter which only has 3 sets. Why the two different connectors if the wires aren't being used?

After reading all the posts...It seems that all the red wires (Ooatari) are combined and hooked to the Bonus wire on the battle counter.

When I hooked up my Taiyo Electric "Laluz" frame, I got a connector setup like a "Y" and connected two Bonus connectors (CN2,CN4) into one for the battle counter.

What to do with the red bonus wire...combine it with the other?

Some cells fire the BC for Mini-Bonuses, that go into time-saving mode, and that needs more wires for the counter.

I have a few cells that fire the BC, but Don't fever. It is kinda' like a stage step up or something.

Anyone else see this ???

I don't think you need the extra one, but you would potentially hook one up to Bonus1 and the other to Bonus2, but I am not clear which goes to which. That would leave you with a start and a Time Saver/High Probability connection.

I do a TON of experimentation when I hook up a new cell/frame/counter I use an auto spin, and just do a lot of plug switching until I get it right.

For the maharaja connector, the three wires with the tape are the standard , Start, bonus and high prob. bonus. The red wires don't have any label on them. This is the extra set that I can't seem to find an answer for.

As for the ultraman connectors, I now which three to use for jaws and I know that the others are for bonus (Ultraman), but what do I do with them?

Have you hooked the battle counter to the Maharaja yet? From that paper for the connections, the Red wires are the Bonus line, the Orange wires are HP mode, and the Yellow is Starts.

There is a little standardization of colors, Red is almost always Bonus.

It looks like the Green may be an error thing (like the door is open).

A lot clearer picture of the connections paper would help.

Yes I hooked up all but the RED wires and it seems to work. The other three had labels on them. The Red wires are bonus wires but to where?

According to the paper and the picture you have of the connector, the numbers run top to bottom 1-10, the empty spot is 1-2, the Red is 3-4, the Orange is 5-6, Yellow 7-8, Green 9-10.

Looking at the battle counter connection (the one with the 1-6):

1 Bonus Voltage

2 Bonus Contact

3 HP Voltage

4 HP Contact

5 Starts Voltage

6 Starts Contact

this is what you would call a brain fart. I was looking at the connector and still kept thinking that the red wires were 9 and 10.

I just hooked them up using the labels on the wires...which are wrong.

So next question: What do the green wires do? Off to limbo?
