Spin Luck, Hype or Fact
What I want to know is, why this machine is so desireable! Not so much from the collectable point of view, but why the owners of these machines like them so much. How does it play? What's your favourite feature? Is it your favourite machine in your collection? What keeps drawing you back to play it again and again?

lol...I was sort of wondering this myself but, having played the machine before, I can say it is a fun machine. Didn't think it would be so desired though.

Theme: The Wheel of Fortune theme is universally enjoyed by all.
Playability Features: Stock spins, English speech, fun announcer, wonderful upbeat music, eye-shooter deluxe.
There is simply nothing to not like about the Spin Luck.

No matter how much is written by owners of SPIN LUCK about how much fun it is etc, there will always be doubters. Pachitalk.com has several messages thruout about how great a Pachislo it is. All it takes is a search with the words SPIN LUCK here :

While I haven't played mine nearly enough yet, but then I never do, it is a fun machine.
Is it my favorite? Wellllllll...no, not yet. My favorite for a long time has been the King Camel. I really expected to get the SL and BAMO! New favorite. But it hasn't happened that way, yet. I stated long ago, before Tulsa even got his King Camel that we all will have a favorite, and no matter how popular, how great a machine is, when you finally get one it is very difficult for the new machine to replace "your favorite."
The King Camel was my third pachislo, now I have 23. The reel action is what grabbed my fancy with the KC. But I wanted a Spin Luck for a long time and finally got one just two weeks ago. I have yet to hit a BB or even stock any spins. So I really don't know what will happen when I do.
But of all my machines, including three pachinkos and two antiques, 28 total, I can truthfully say there is not one I dislike!

Believe me, I don't think it is hype! I just haven't had eenough free time to hit any of the goodies...yet! But I will, soon too.
Remember, I only got it a couple of days before the trip to Arby's, then getting sick right after (bunches of cheerleaders will do that to an elderly person like me), then UGH...work.
But today is a day off, so guess what I'll be doing.

BTW Spin Luck peeople. I have now hit two BBs and banked two spins.
Couldn't hold back and tried both spins. Got 20 both times.
I do have a couple of questions I didn't see addressed in Gaku's play guide.
What is the signaficence of the "ta-da" sound when nothing is hit? Kinda rare, but I have heard it a half-dozen times or so, so far.
Also, same question but no "ta-da" just the reel lights flashing different colors?
I origionally had it set of 4, but wanted to see a BB or RB, so set on 6 right now. Got the 2 BBs, latest still not played out.
What do you SL owners think is the best odds setting?
