super blackjack help

Hey Guys,
I need some real good advice from the group? I believe I won an auction for a super blackjack from valleygaming for about 125 dollars( dont know since I am at work). I always have purchased solely from stealth. I know about the 89 dollar shipping. I know they don't have a great reputation. Give me some feedback from those of you who have dealt with them. Does it sound like a good deal if the machine comes in one piece? Do they give you new tokens like stealth or used? what should I know about? Why the no info. on the bidders?

I have never delt with them personally, but if you got it for 125.00 then you did real good! They make a regular BJ and a Super BJ so make sure it is the right one. You can tell by the belly glass...It says Super on it and has a picture of Rio(animated dealer)on it. Also check the museum links...there are pics of both machines!

I got my Neo PlanetT Pulsar from tthem. It came well packed, and good working order. Complete with used tokens. I've been very happy with the machine.

I purchased a Neo Magic Pulsar from them last week. It arrived on Tuesday and I've been playing it ever since.

The machine itself looks like it just came off the assembly line. NO scratches, dents, dings, or otherwise. It's amazingly clean and shiny.

The only trouble I had was that the plate that the hopper snaps into came loose in shipping. All four screws ripped out and were found stuck to the speakers. I just stuck bigger screws in and away I went.

The tokens were used, but they are VERY clean. They even all match. All this for $51 + shipping. What more can you ask?

Now I'm on a tear for a cheap Destroyer or Hanabi with the overlay.

nice deal. Tulsa, are they prone to sending out scratch and dents without letting people know? Is valleygaming as reliable as stealth?

I have two machines from VG,

Azteca Legend thru a second party
A cover over the coin acceptor was missing and the door showed some tarnishing in the gold.

and Sinbad Adventure thru a second party
It is in like new condition, worked great from the moment i plugged it in.

A friend bought 2 from them and 2 from milt,
I could tell which 2 he got from VG just by looking at them.

Milt's were better.

Droopy...................hmmmmmmmmmmmm........on a scale of 1 to 10, Stealth (Milt) is a 10. Valleygaming is a 5. Of course this is my personal opinion from dealing with both of them. Big Bear is easily a 10 also.

I received a Neo PlanetT from them in auciton. Now I have seen better offerings in the scratch and dent section of Milt's site and better offerings in the ugly bunch at Gaku's site. Mine was not sold to me as a scratch and dent machine. It had some funky plastic box over the reset button and it also had a broken 50 pin ribbon cable as well. After two months of waiting for them to take care of me they told me they would send me the cable I needed when I purchased my next machine from them. They are still to date the only negative I've ever left for anyone on eBay.

If they goofed up and sent a "scratch" machine out, the very LEAST they could have done is respond quickly to your problems and try to compensate you in some manner.

They're off my list. (And, have been already.)

I also purchased a Neo PlanetT from them. The top red lens arrived cracked. Since this part of the machine was completely shielded and there was no damage to the box, I could only assume it was sent out that way.

When I contacted them, they told me to super-glue it and refused any compensation. They further said that it was a "used" item with a cosmetic defect and I had nothing to complain about.

After thirty days and a lot of emails, I was forced to pull my payment through paypal. (This has been the only time I have ever done this.) I further left them a nasty negative on ebay. There response was to leave me a negative. (Asking for a mutal withdraw later.)

After paypal withdrew the money from their account they choose to finally settle the matter buy sending me a new lens. If I hadn't resorted to pulling the payment, this matter would never have been solved.

Let me put my feelings about Stephen, Timathie and Valley Gaming this way.

If they ever show their faces here on this site, I will be more than happy to ban them, without question and without hesitation.

purchased my first machine from them, had a musty smell, tokens was not real clean and machine was sorta clean, ok shipping coast to coast and wasnt damaged.
so i thought that was all prob normal.........until.... i bought from stealth, boy did they ever raise the bar, NO smell, super clean, excellent communication
and on and on....
