    Default wires?

On my Pachislo machine there are a set of wires, Gray and white. they plug into the power box, next to where the hopper plugs in. and terminate into a set of studs that show on the outside of the case (backside). They wires are pretty much hidden unless you remove the hopper.

DO you mean on the back of the machine that is against the wall or the inside back next to the hopper?
They are probably the wires that go to the overflow bucket sensors. They are for the parlor to be notified if the overflow is full. They are not needed any more and don,t do anything. Some vender's just cut them off and remove the pins. Others leave them on.

Those hook up to the overflow token sensors to let the parlor know too many tokens are filling this overflow box.

Thanks, they studs extend out the backside against the wall. Overflow sensors, makes sense, I was worried about the kids shorting something across them. So was planning on removing them, but wanted to know what I was removing. Thanks again

You can safely remove these. For home use, they are rather redundant.

Laz, they extend into the case from the back of the case on the inside. Two prongs that when both are touching metal, i.e., the tokens they make up the circuit and report to the parlors. That is why the overflow boxes you sometimes get have the holes in the back side so these prongs can fit into them.
