They charge you for there screw ups all the time. They are one big screw up! For what you pay for shipping there should not be this prevalent expectation of your machine coming damaged! Every time I get a machine shipped I expect it to have some damage them when I get it and it doesn't it is a pleasant surprise! Its to bad I can't expect it to come in good shape, on time, with the delivery person caring if it is out of the elements and safe after they drop it off. O well maybe things will change! There is no smiley for when pigs fly!
