Replacement Key for Nishijin Super DX

I did a forum search and came up empty. I must be doing something wrong, because I'm sure this has been asked.

I'd like to have a key for my Nishijin Super DX. For years, I used a paint can opener hammered flat, but it was less than idea and eventually broke. What do you all use for keys? I saw a few on eBay for $40; seems high.

If I had the measurements for the key I might be able to make something that works. Any thoughts?

The site search isn't the best, try using the google site search!!

I went to google and searched this and there were lots of threads..

site: pachitalk.com nishijin key

put in anything after the space after the "pachitalk.com" and it will search only PT!!
