So I soldered a new transistor hopper work again but lights start dimming if I let it run. So it got to be the motor hopper spins tight with motor connected loose without I tried put some silicon grease same result any idea where to find this motor it’s a 755sh dc 4 motor

Well this is weird ran her for a day as hopper not working any ways and was gonna play with the solder again as I shaved some of the board IMG_5120.jpeg

Well I got a new hopper on order any way to test the output out of the power supply before I friy this one also?

So yeah I got the new hopper today a little different but same hopper. I wired it up and now I get PE after it spits out two or three coins idk I give up I guess.

Check the flap breaks the sensor beam when a token is ejected. either that or duff sensor or different wiring.

Clam wooohoooIMG_5162.jpgIMG_5162.jpg your back after my book I wrote so here is the sensor that was on my old hopper unfortunately that one is in IMG_5162.jpgpieces I got to put it back together this one causes he and the other one cause pe lol some sensor cause pe too though so idk is it cause I am using quarters instead of tokens

Ok guys and lady’s I got it working woot!!! I put my old hopper together only a few spare screws and washer well I guess that’s ok put the motor in cleaned my sensor with the pink stuff I use for taking off kids crayon everywhere. I don’t recommend this I was just at a loss figured needed new sensor any ways as it was super scratched filled the hopper slots with coins and 5 coins shot out I was in wow. So not sure what actually fixed this thing but it seems like the donor motor fixed it. Btw I found this thread when searching this person has similar issue. Thank you clam and castle for all your help!!! I learned a bunch about this machine but I am sure there is always to learn more looking forward to rescuing another one of these machines eventually as I am sitting on 5 power supplies! I hope it last as there is some popping going on in the machine when it sits idle so I don’t know maybe that transitor will blow again. Thanks all look forward to possibly helping someone else in the future! Long life pachitalk! O yeah tea biscuits and SPAM haha
