Question Sankyo comet II payout issue

Hello I am new to pachinko, and just got my first machine, it is a sankyo comet II, everything seems to work fine, but sometimes when you get a jackpot the ball goes into the seesaw, and down to the payout lever I believe that’s what it is, but anyway, it doesn’t always payout a win, it does if I push down on the lever with my finger where the ball falls, it issues the payout, I was wondering if any of you had a solution, or have had this similar issue, I was reading an older post on here, but most of the videos people posted for help were no longer available, so I would really appreciate some tips and tricks! Thank you!

    First . . . . . and biscuits

It sounds like your Adopted machine could stand some cleaning and polishing your Metal parts and making sure your pivot pins are nice and clean and polished.

Please Please please do not use any lubricants or oils on Any part of your machine .

It will gum up your machine and cause so many problems .

And if possible post Nice , Clear photos of your machine on this Thread i. e. : Front, Back , and any areas that you have a question about .

I have been using the Miracle Cloth since 2002 and it has been in production since 1970's .

The other places hardware stores, Grocery stores did have it in stock for a very short time but . .. . .

They were losing $$$$$$ cause the cloth is nontoxic and uses coconut oil and other natural stuff to Clean the metal , plastic , and they state on the package removes water spots on furniture .

Here's the Really Cool thing it does . The Heat of your hands work the natural oil into the metal . Use a microfiber cloth to clean whatever you're cleaning / polishing and the Metal is sealed .

That means No tarnish on the metal .

I have cast small (3 inch size) Mounted U.S. Army Calvary out of Pewter (about 90+ figures) and after I clean the figure of parting lines and "Flash" material then I use a 6" size piece of the Miracle Cloth to polish them and I have figures that I finished and polished over 5 years ago that are still shiny and bright like the day I finished them .

I have used a cut thin as a shoe lace to polish my Brass nails on my machines since 2002 and the nails are still bright . The pivot shaft in the back of the machine when I used the cloth and it works goid enough for me .

I don't own any interest in the company I just really like the product .

I appreciate all your help! I ordered it, and I’m going to use it today, so what should I clean my metal with before polishing? And also for the pins is it fine to remove them? Or should I polish them on the board still? I assume that’s why you said you used a shoe lace sized piece! I’m so excited to get this thing looking MINT! The chrome frame around the glass is a little rusted barely but still noticeable, what is your expertise on that?

The cloth does all the work, Cleaning and Polishing and Sealing the metal from tarnishing. Then you use a clean microfiber cloth to clean and polish whatever you're working on .

And the darker the cloth gets the better it works but you do have to put it in a zip lock freezer bag and squeeze all the air out of the bag before zipping the lock on the bag to keep it from Drying out .

Like I stated in the earlier post I cut the Miracle Cloth into "shoelace" strips if you want to Clean and Polish the Brass nails on the machine .

I will let the other members tell you of the Fun of removing over 100 Brass nails on a average "Flipper " Vintage Pachinko that have a screw taper on the long part of the nail

On the Chrome on the machine some use the coke a cola aluminum foil to remove the Rust but make sure you rinse the Chrome and dry it good .

Oh and the brass nails your fingers are going to to get a work out if you polish them by hand .

But once you polish the Brass nails and polish them with the microfiber cloth. you won't have to do it for a very long time .
