    A few design criteria:

Keep as few balls up high as possible, keeps weight down low, making framework easier.

The angle of the upper ramp is very slight, just enough to make the balls roll. Prevents jams. Also prevents the balls at the lower end of the ramp from piling up from the weight of the balls at the top of the ramp pushing on them. Rolling weight in the system is your enemy!

In a parlor, that ramp has a slight hump down the middle so balls can feed both sides. For home use, a very slight angle towards the machines should suffice.

Feed the lifters with a single row each or single layer, also prevents jamming.

If you don't want to tax the lifters lifting too high, use one to lift to another to lift to the ramp. Wouldn't worry too much about lag in ball feed, don't know of any game that doesn't keep track of wins and will catch up when supply does.

Just watched some of his videos, and the one lifter to another is what he did.

I think it looks pretty smart to be honest, the more I look at it the more I think its the best route to go down.

This looks interesting can have either Pachinko or Pachislot in im guessing, unless it's a complete new one but the layout looks the same to me.

What he's done with pachinko is pretty much what the parlors have, using parlor ball handling parts, just different lifts.

Pachislo is the same width as pachinko, so should fit in the same place, with more behind room. A while back, you had card readers and cash ball loaners for pachinko, about the same width as those token loaners. You have to be careful which loaners you get as older units only take older 1000 yen notes. Got several of them, they're pretty nice.

Not sure if you can still find mechanical ball loaners anymore. They're nice, take 100 and 500 yen coins.

Yep. Stay away from the note readers. I got a ¥1000 note reader for pachislo tokens. I made sure get one that only takes that note. It also stores the notes inside it. To keep it simple.

The first one is a good deal. Chute, tube and feed assembly.
The second ones are a pain in the neck as they have an electromagnetic lock on them, so need power to allow balls to flow. Although if you crack them open you can remove the lever.

    Third. Postage is scary
