It's been a week since I got my first pachinko.
I did not expect to have a second this quickly.
Now to figure out how to get the Battle Counter working.

Just got this Nishijin model B from an estate sale today, the sale started Friday and ended today, I had no idea what they wanted for it or if it even worked, just single low res picture online. I called my brother-in-law because it was just over an hour from my place, but only 15 minutes from his. We figured if it hadn't sold on the last day, I might be able to get a better deal. My BIL sent me a picture of the price tag on it ($400 USD!) but I guess they were wrapping up for the day, they told him they'd take $75 for it - SOLD! Looks to be complete and in pretty decent shape, it even came with a piece of glass wrapped in cardboard.

Interestingly enough, I posted a question here a couple of months back on a similar machine, I couldn't figure out what the theme was, turns out it was bells (I still think they look like goldfish) but it sold before I could make the 2 + hour drive to check it out, so I'm feeling pretty fortunate this time.

    New acquisition:
I bought three machines between December 1st and Christmas here is one of them
Found on eBay, with local pickup 30 minutes away on Dec 23rd.
One broken win pocket and was extremely dirty, but after a bath, it's nice and colorful for $120. When I got there he said he had received other inquires about it but I was first!

Matsuri or "Festival" in English. It's weird how many times Pachinko graphics that involve people like the clown? have menacing looks on their faces.

Backgrounds I've noticed very rarely match the playfield. Found lots of flowery ones online to change this when the time comes. BTW, I finally got around to plugging it in and the dam thing works! Double score!

I just noticed that your machine has the same background I chose when I restored my New Gin. I wanted to keep it original, but couldn't find a replacement, I too found lots of flowered ones, but the colors on the "birds" were a better match for my playfield attractions.

ooooooo, nice vibrant colors! I'm on the fence, either this design or the flowery nude I seen the man from Tulsa has. Decisions decisions.

Been looking around and can't find machine weights. I have a Fever Egyptian 2002, and was wondering for shipping prices etc.

Depends on the machine. Get out the bathroom scale!

It’s going to be over $100 to ship a modern pachinko anywhere these days so doesn’t make much sense for machine not worth a whole lot. But I guess that’s up to the buyer to decide on! Better to sell locally and not have to deal with shipping unless it’s some super rare and valuable model in my opinion.

    Just like weighing the dog...
1.) Step on scale, record weight.
2.) Bear hug pachi, step on scale, record weight.
    3.) Calculate difference

I'm waiting till I have keys and can share game play shots of my latest acquisition.
