Star Wars help

Hello everyone, just picked up a star wars pachinko machine. Has a little r2d2 in the playing field. The LCD screen is not working, the firing mechanism is not working and so are some of the lights on the side of the front. No error codes on rear of machine and all circuits are lit with continuity. Stumped on this one Please help!!! I’m in the Los Angeles Area.

Sounds like you might be missing the dongle for the shooter knob to fire the balls. https://www.pachitalk.com/forums/alb...chmentid=89622
It connects on the back to what looks like a 25pin printer port. If one is there then it might just be needing to be re-seated.

A good way to check the lights after powering up is to press the chance button. The lights around the frame will cycle with each press. I have extra bulbs, dongles and keys if you'd like anything. Post some front and rear pictures for us to assist further (2meg size limit per pic). We like pictures

Sankyos of this era are prone to cold start up issues. Try leaving it on for half an hour, turn it off and back on again. Although sometimes just dropping a ball in the start pocket works.
