Default Still another ALADDIN question - gravity...

The coin chute that dumps tokens into the coin hopper on my machine has a bent flange to reach the plastic coin hopper. When putting tokens in, many of them either drop to the bottom of the case or cause a CE because the tokens pile up on the bent metal flange (upward bend). Now, the last time I checked, the law of gravity kept objects dropping. The factory bent flange is preventing this. How do you deal with this problem?
