It is "custom_your_slot" who was apparently kicked off eBay before. The old ID shows up as "not a registered user."

Yes it is the same guy. He sent me a very nasty e-mail from the newer " 985andrewm" account talking all kinds of trash and how is going to take me down and everything. I was kind of surprised because I was just ignoring him and just posting a little info on my auctions so people can know the story.

I don't think he knew that by replying to my auction with his newer " 985andrewm" that it would show. I should have just ignored him but I sent him an e-mail back and he replied back to me saying that this was not his account but a friends of his brother who is selling the machines now.

The guy has few screws loose. I am not sure why his old account is suspended but he gave me some line like he choose to stop selling machines so he can go after me.

Wayne is a friend of mine and asked me if he could email you from my ebay account.
I am new at ebay and dont need this mess.
I have change the photos for Wayne, That you say is yours and Wayne said Shawn (Waynes brother) got him.
Please I don't need this, You and Wayne have the money to fight I don't. So please don't get me involved. I get slots from him at the price of 110.00 and I custom them,
Wayne did not do the reels were I do, I worked for Shawn in his sighn store. he soled it to someone with there own pepole. Wayne asked me if I wanted to sell slots. Better than not working . Wayne shut his ebay account down and showed me how to do the ebay thing.
I dont want to move to TX and work on his slots. I have a home here in LA. SO i just buy slots and got the graphics he uses as well as I have my own.
I will tell you. Wayne will not email you aggan from here. I will se to it.

Thanks for the info.
I have use line graphics, Vector from Corel, And photo shop.
Any photos that look like yours. I have taken the Harley Davidson out.
I don't know where Shawn got the photos but I have finished them in line form.
They look great on back lit film.

What is crazy is the only thing I did was put a warning in my auctions about if you see the same graphic on another machine, it is not going to be as good because they took the picture off my auction. I did not even mention the sellers name.

If he wants to come after you, tell him "Bring it on!" His work (or lack there of) fails in comparison to yours. This guy is a clown, don't let his highschool antics bring you down. He's not worth it. He obviously is pissing people off, for some reason he keeps changing his Ebay username. Scam artists usually get caught at some point and this guy is skating on thin ice already.

If these are your pictures send the proof to ebay and he will be gone in 48 hrs. I had a guy use my picture to sell his products,i sent the info to ebay and in 2 days he was supended forever. ebay sent me a letter saying they took the action and apoligized for allowing it to happpen. i didnt really want to get the guy kicked off but i was alittle upset that he ripped my pics to sell his stuff. i had used the same photo for about 6 months and had good luck with it but had to changed it cause one customer confused me with him just by the photo. futher i would send a copy of the emails as futher proof this guy is harrasing you. We all work too dam hard to allow a jerk like this to mess it up for us honest folks.

i wouldnt say anything to him at this point. i would just forward the info to the proper athuroites. who ever you feel is the proper authorites. but i would defently contact ebay, because this kind gives all of us a bad rep

emailed him back when he had the old ebay id, and told me he was going to come after me and I should watch my back too. THis guy is either really lonely or a ****zo! Either way he obviously cant spek or spell so i dont think he's gonna sell much on ebay. I mean really, how good of a business man can you be if you cant spell people?

I think ebayb840 has the right approach to this. Send the information to eBay and don't get into it with him personally. If he continues to threaten, move it up a notch and contact "higher" authorities. Save all the emails, that's for darn sure.
