Pachi participation at Classic Gaming Expo in Las Vegas?
For about the last decade I have been attending the Classic Gaming Expo in Las Vegas and now (gulp) I am running the expo. As we move forward with the process of selecting vendors and exhibitors as well as all the other work of the expo I wanted to make a special appeal to the community here to consider exhibiting at CGE. I have long advocated for Pachinko and Pachislo on my show, Retro Video Game Podcast | RetroGamingRoundup.com | Monthly Gaming Retrotainment . I know I am preaching to the choir here, but pachis are an amazing branch of gaming collecting, tons of great themes, the machines are an amazing value for what you pay, and of course they are great fun but most gaming enthusiasts don't know about them. Whenever I do arcade parties it is fun to watch the pinball and arcade collectors try out a pachi for the first time. What I would love to see at CGE is a pachi booth or at least a table where the community can show off pachi and introduce more retro gamers to it. Also, there is no distinction between vendors and exhibitors so if you wanted to simply display, or display and sell machines either one or both could be done in the space rented.
