THUNDERBIRDS technical support needed .

Hello to all,

just made a step into the Pachislo world .
bought a perfectly playing THUNDERBIRDS one to have fun with the family as we are all Thunderbirds fans .
picked it up in Holland yesterday and the machine was playing fine .
we had a 150 KM drive back on the motorway, with no major shaking or bumps .
when i plugged it inj at home , no luck ... all that appears now is a "E" wher it says "win" . (see pertty poor picture below , but specialists will probably understand)

The top , the middle and the bottow have light ... but nothing else : Credit, Bonus Discount, Max bet , ... and nothing on the movie LCD screen .

as i'm totally new to this , i would highly appreciate some advice .
switched in ON / OFF , turned the key OFF (vertical) ; ON (horizontal) ... pushed the button below the key ... etc etc ... and i'm getting a little bit nervous now as i'm a dummie with this , hoping there is no major problem .

it was a surprise for my little boy who is 10, lets hope it can be fixed easily .

It appears that your machine needs reset.

Here are the steps. (YOU MUST DO THE RESET IN ORDER OR YOUR MACHINE WILL NOT RESET!!!)

1) With the power to the machine OFF, turn the reset key to the right. (the reset key is on the power supply inside the machine)

2) Turn the power to the machine ON. ( from this point foward, DO NOT TURN THE POWER OFF!!!)

3) Now a number from 1-6 will appear on the front door of the machine. That number represents the odds setting. (1=less payout,2,3,4,5,6=the most payout) You can change the odds by pushing the odds changing button. The most common spot that this button is on machines is on the inside of the front door or on the power supply. Just continue to push the button till you get the payout odds you want, (1 thru 6).

4) Hold down on the spin lever, on the front of the machine. (normally about 5 seconds).

5) Turn the reset key to the left. The machine should be reset on ready for you to insert tokens.

If the machine did not reset please make sure you did each step in order. As I meationed above, if only one step is done wrong the machine will not reset.
