    Welcome to Pachitalk!

Posting some pictures of the machine front and back would help.

That is a nice looking machine. I am not familiar with that one however. My opinion, assuming that everything is working and the machine comes with at least 500 balls, would be that the machine is probably worth between $100 and $150. Of course it all depends on what the buyer is willing to pay. Also, I do tend to try to look for good deals on machines. I am sure other members will be along soon who could give you a better idea of value.

    Thank you for the pictures.

    Welcome to PachiTalk!!

I scan Craigslist across the U.S. daily searching for Pachinko machines and I frequently see machines of this era selling for anywhere between $75-$200. A lot depends on the geography and what a buyer is willing to pay. I certainly can't imagine anyone spending over $200 on one. You might fetch a slightly higher price on eBay because you would get a larger audience, but then again you would also have a lot of seller fees to take into consideration.

It looks like a really nice machine. You never know, the right buyer (collector) might be willing to pay more. Jeff is absolutely right, you have a better chance on getting more through eBay due to more potential customers. However, you will need to deal with fees and shipping. Packing and shipping can be a little pricey on these machines.

Thanks so much for the info... i cant seem to find any info on this machine anywhere except for one guy who has one for sale for $2200 which I think is a little excessive, but i do think the one I have IS quite rare and it is all in perfect condition with several hundred balls...I may wait until a bit later in the year to list it.. will be closer to Christmas and the Olympics will be in full force.

The Summer games begin in London in just a few days, and the 2014 Winter Games will begin on February 7, 2014. If you wish to list your machine during the Olympic games, I think you will need to move quickly or wait two years.

    Just trying to help.

It's true you never know when a lucky bunny will come along and pay you whatever you ask for something, but, this community knows more about pachinko machines and values across America than anyone, full stop.

That said, $1000 is dreamland stuff. Your machine is not particularly rare, or special (sorry - just the facts here). Japan produces lots of themed machines at certain times around certain events and pop culture icons (Matrix, Street Fighter, Star Wars, Japanese pop idols, Foreign pop idols) and I'm afraid none of them end up being particularly 'rare'. Certainly not attracting prices like you might be hoping.

Check eBay, Craiglist and others - if you can find a machine that *actually sold* for over $600 (not just what figure someone was asking for it), it would be an absolutely rare occurrence.

We have a big collated list of machines and their USA values from Craigslist, available here.

I lived in Japan for 3 years and have been involved with pachinkos since 1992.
I also keep a collated list of values of rarer machines and what they are selling for in Japan, here

If you can get $300 for this machine, you will have done particularly well in my opinion.

I wish you the best of luck.
