Pay line doesn't register

Hello, I am new and just bought my first pachislo machine this week. The problem that I ran into is that the pay lines do not light up when I play them. When I first got the machine, I noticed that the bulbs were burn out, so I switched around bulbs to try it out. What I noticed was that the Pay lines all stay lit even when I don't put money in the machine. I ordered a pack of 24v 3w light bulbs hoping that they will fix the problem, but I doubt it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thank you for help help in advanc.

I put in the bulbs and they just stay lit. Something is wrong. All of the pay lines just stay lit. Only the center pay line blinks when the line hits. I'm not sure what else to do.

I am not sure what you mean for the bet lights, do you mean the 1-2-3 bet lights on the left side.The bet lights on the machines that I have stay lit all the time also,but just flicker when a token is bet.

And if so, it is one of the earlier machines and isn't a Max Bet only machine, you can actually bet 1, 2 or 3 coins to play

are you saying the reel lights stay on all the time or the lights indicating the 1,2,3, medal lights,

Are you playing the 3 coins or just 1 or 2?? this could have a bearing on how the lines are lighting (and obviously paying out)

Unfortunately I do not have that machine to test it out, but I think it was a popular one and one of our members should be able to help,
