Main Computer Needed?

I'm working on a Aristocrat Double Face, the LED display always shows END / 000 when you play it. As soon as you start the reels, music come at you hard, all the lights flashing, then on the third reel stop, it stops play. Cycle three more tokens, same results. Could this be a main computer glitch?

Where would I locate a computer for this? John at Stealth isn't answering emails again.

Yep, I'm playing it to see if it just needs to play out. Never had an Aristocrat machine so I'm learning.
