help identify and fix this pachinko modern

power on 2.JPGI got this machine from a friend. I would like to know who makes it, so I can try (and I know this is a long shot) to find a driver board or a schematic so I can try and fix the driver board that is in it.

The problem is that the machine will power up, give one chirp, turn on the lcd, which appears to be in attract mode, but it does change. No lights other then the number display at the lower center of the machine lights up,

A check of all cables appears to be fine, power appears to be fine when it hits the board, but after that I looks like it gets switched on by a transistor (pnp type that test shorted on base to collector)...

Just lookin for more info to help my search or someone who knows this type of machine and its light driver board...

as to the ball drop in one of the targest. the mechanical part work fine, but the ball shooter and lights do not work. This is a new (to me) type of shooter that uses a solenoid to launch the ball. The knob/handle on the front moves the solenoid closer or farther away, in order to adjust the force with which the ball is launched.

Non of the light or ball shooter works.

The mechanics work fine, with the exception of the shooter motor and solenoid and the lights. The shooter is one I have not seen before. Its a small motor to move the solenoid closer or farther away from the shooter, thus it varies the force with which the solenoid hits the shooter... A far cry from the pachinko of my youth, back in the late 60's early 70's...

So, I have now traced the issue, I think to a PNP transistor on the board. It shows a dead short from base to collector both ways, So I think its bad... its the only full sized device on the board and it has a heavy heat sink and it show signs of over heating...
