I found some one selling pachinko balls on Craigslist.

By my calculations 250 balls weigh 3 lbs, so 250,000 balls would weigh 3,000 lbs (1.5 tons). UPS will only ship a max of 150 lbs, so each of the 20 packages of 12,500 balls would be $140 (from LA to Denver—your price may vary), for a total of $2,800.

If you could get them for 1¢ apiece (1/2 of best eBay price) the balls would cost $2,500.

So, adding shipping, the cost would still come out the same as buying from eBay. It would only be a bargain at a much lower per ball cost (or if you could pick them up). And then you'd have to sell below eBay market price to move them (unless of course you actually needed a quarter of a million pachinko balls).

you ship them in usps flat rate boxes. 5,000 spheres for $10. so total shipping would be $500.
