Lol, and I was expecting like 2 weeks at least, seen that 1000 odd balls from canada took 8 weeks to ship.
Now I hope customs don't take too much time playing with the goods

OK, I've ordered Horror Mansion from Slot-Pachinko.com. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully it won't be a Horror Story.

My Horror Mansion arrived today, in one piece...sort of. I purchased it from Slot-Pachinko.Com for just a little over $300 including shipping and tax. It comes with a ball tray and 400 balls, no key. Packing was fair, black plastic bag pulled over the game with pieces of foam stuffed inside a sturdy box. There was no cardboard or foam over the glass. The box arrived in good shape, but FedEx only had it for a day so I cannot say how this game would have arrived if you lived in say, Canada. There where several loose balls inside the box. Always a nice feeling when you find that. Communication with the customer from these guys is about the worst I have ever dealt with. I got an email from Pay-Pal saying they got my money, an email from Slot- Pachinko on Monday saying that they are processing my order and it will ship Tuesday. And another Email from FedEx with my tracking info about an hour after the package arrived. I tried calling them but got no answer. The game arrived just as it would straight from the container, it is filthy. The only reconditioning these people did was paint the door latches yellow and slap a green warning sticker on the front. Oh yes, staple some wooden feet on the bottom and install a 5 amp transformer. That is it. The frame is weak and flimsy, the glass is dirty and smokey, the LCD is dirty,, scratches and dirt on the case...it's all in the photos. I have bought raw pachinkos for a 10th of the price that were in better condition, I will be cleaning this one for awhile.

But wait, there's more... The loose balls in the box, they must have come out of the game. How do I know this? Because they are not rusty, like the ones in the sealed bag. And what is with that piece of electrical tape on the hopper? While taking photos I noticed one of the circuit boards was loose on the back, behind the center cover. I have not fired this game up yet, about half afraid to. Now, you must ask yourself, was this game service before it ship? Do these people care about their costumers? If and when I get this game if condition to play I will tell you all about it, don't think it will any time soon.

Gaku, I beg you, please, please please start selling pachinkos in bulk, save us from the likes of these.

I thought that Slot-Pachinko was one of the better vendors out there? Their Website looks good and they seem to offer harder to find pachis. I got my HM from Samurai Slot/CF Export back in the glory days of cheap, buy of the week, pachinkos. Yours is a bit rough, but mine showed up with broken glass, wires stripped from the transformer, one missing frame leg, half the pachinko balls missing the other half rolling around the box, I won't even go into the filth on playfield, tracks and pins. Mine really was a horror.

I was very happy with all my pachinkos from CF for the prices I paid.

all arrived in decent shape with no damage, except for the 3 bad door lights on my Galaxy Train which they wouldn't replace

Yeah I had great experience with CF. But I've also had good luck with slot-pachinko/TA. I would almost say that Horror Mansion was bad, but not that bad...but taking into consideration the price, you have every right to be upset. And those balls...UGH.

    Ditto on the begging Gaku...

Ok, just to clarify a little. The game came intact, I expect a few scratches and such, I don't expect dirt unless I am buying a raw machine and I don't expect to pay that much for a raw one. They didn't even wipe this machine down. There was gritty dirt everywhere. They got me my Horror Mansion, they delivered. I would expect them to do a little more for the price and to be a bit more friendly or at least let me know what is going on. I have dealt on line with people who do a hell of a lot more business then these people and I never have to wonder what the status is, where it's at , etc. Lot's of people have dealt with them, some good, some bad. I assume we just don't hear that much about all the good dealings just like we don't hear about all the successful airline flights. They know they are about the only game in town and to me it seems they just don't care. I am happy I got my Horror Mansion, I am not happy with the service. I got what I wanted, not what I expected.
