That looks like the guy I have buried in my front yard, not as vocal though. Just lifting the head up and down. I rarely pick anything up after Halloween, I build all my stuff now. If I can find a cheap static prop that will look good in my graveyard maybe. This years project was a witch stirring a pot and a guy in a electric chair. The witch snapped a screw last night, but a quick fix to hold her up kept her running the rest of the night.

We didn't have as many this year, but half of my block didn't give out candy. But we do have a few groups that come just for my house. They always know to look for the chainsaw guy, but we still can send them screaming down the street running from my brother, in a scarecrow mask, with a chainsaw roaring over his head.
