Gamera High Grade Attract mode

I just bought a Gamera High Grade from someone locally. When I turn game on and leave it for a while it shows a few cool videos, but no sound just loud hum from cooling fans. Is this normal or is it supposed to play musi as well? I saw a video of one in you tube and it was flashing and playing music.
Also what should the recommend payout level be. I have played for 2 hours and havent gotten any big payout or seen anything cool. Lastly does anyone have a picture of the volume control mod installed on this specific machine. I know you have to splice speaker wires but I would like to have a piture for reference when I order the POTS. Sound is making my ears bleed.

no sound in attract mode. many people like level 3 as its a nice compromise between tight and loose. the video you saw was while it was in a big bonus round. welcome aboard!!

This is where they were placed on my machine which shows you the two plugs you need to splice them into. Mine are square blue pots. They do not have to go in that location. Anywhere along the wire run for each speaker will do.

Ernie currently has volume controls in the auction along with Tokens to. You won't find a better price for them both. Also by purchasing them through the PachiTalk Auctions you would be helping to maintain the Forum.

The Volume controls just splice in line with one of the two wires from each plug. They are soldered in place or you could solder a short wire on each end if them and install with wire
nuts.

25MM which are the ones in the Auction. Ernie packs them perfectly.

those would be 25mm. many machines can be picky, especially the higher tech ones.
