I'm not really sure, I'd take a guess at 'KataMOMI Party Girls'.

The official name is 肩MOMI娘隊, which is read as Katamomi musumetai. It literally translates as Shoulder MOMI party girls, so I'm assuming that KataMOMI is a name and should be read as the Japanese would say it, but a quick search dosn't find any references on the web apart from pages about the pachinko machine.

Kata has 3 possible meanings:
Shoulder (as Dave has already pointed out)
Model - or style
Person - Lady orGentleman

Musume is another person's daughter (musume-san), or or basically an unmarried young woman

Tai has three/four meanings:
party
sea bream
versus or between

So you all can piece it together for yourselves Dave's translation is spot on, but I thought you would all get a "kick" out of this.

While I was stationed in Japan for three years one of my NAVY buddies was learning Japanese from his new girl friend over there.

From what I understand the ladies over there have an ever so slight difference in the way the male subject pronounce the same words.

Long story short the happy couple was at a local dance club one night and my sailor friend was trying to talk to some of the local Japanese men at the club.
