I bought this machine through Davis here on the website. no luck in contacting Davis after he told me to go to daca for warantee work.
it came busted i have been trying to get it resolved since april. here is the final letter i got from them:

since you bought you machine from a wholesaler you have to resolve it from who you bought it from. they bought it wholesale from us and they are the ones who gave you the warranty. we only can deal with our wholesaler for replacement. if we had the parts it would not matter but we can not get the parts. we cannot refund more that what we sold the machine for.

Let me get this straight.
Davis sold you the machine back in April and is not living up to his warantee? He is telling you that DACA will fix it and they are telling he has to make it right?

Talk about being stuck in the middle was it dammaged in shipment or can they give you a nother machine ?

yes, Davis sold me a dragon dice machine that was dented up and has problems with the dice not working properly.(one die will not stop spinning during the big small game) he told me to contact daca to get repair parts. they cannot get parts. Davis does not return emails from myself or even from Tulsa(thanks for trying) and daca tells me im just outta luck i guess.

sounds like a main board problem ,but id swap the assemblies and see if the other one does the same when plugged into the bad ones socket . if so im sure you can get the board from stealth or someone else i see the dice assemblies every now and then on ebay being sold by themselves . double check your connections and pins on the wiring ring through to the main board you might have a bad wire and it cant tell its position hence the continued rolling trying to acquire its position if i remember right these are just like reels and need to know where they are ....

I may have to side with DACA on this one. You bought the machine from someone who bought it from them. If DACA has a warrantee then it is with the person who purchased it. Most of the time the warrantees do not transfer to a new owner from the original owner. I think your problem is unfortunately with Davis. Hopefully you will here from Davis and he will make things right.

daca drop shipped it directly from their store. i have trouble shot the problem down to the separate board that controls the dice(this is addition to the main board) when swapping output wiring from one die to the other the problem moves and the wiring ohms checks good.even tried a new main board, no luck. when i got it the upper chrome was dented and the main board was knocked loose and one die was broken. im screwed

I agree with Lucky. It's not as if Davis bought it, owned and played the machine and then sold. This basically came directly from Daca. They should warranty the machine if so.

Since Davis was the seller and he purchased a lot from Daca, he's the one that knows them and he should have intervened on BB's part and taken care of the situation. Also, Daca should own up to this one as they know they shipped it direct even without Davis being involved.

It does sound here though like Daca was offering BB something for it, just not what BB paid but what they were paid. From Daca's point of view, since they can't fix it, this seems reasonable. Again this is where Davis needs to be involved.

daca never offered anything, but, i did tell them how much i had paid for it.

if the problem moved with the dice from one side to the other then its the dice thats the problem not the main board . all you need to do is track down the dice as i recall its not uncommon to get these in a broken state and theres a fix for the problem (not your problem) check and see if milt or gaku has an extra set of dice even with the broken problem that we have a fix for here at pachitalk you can always transplant the board . your machine may not be a total loss that way .

ok. the problem is in the dice control board. the rt die does not stop spinning. so i take the wire from the rt die and move it to the lt die and visa versa. now the left die does not stop. this indicates either the wire or the board. so i wring out the wires and they check good. this indicates the board. now i put it all back together correctly and the original problem is now back at the rt die were it started. this indicates a problem with the board not the die nor the wiring. thanks. i sent him an offer to swap it out for another machine he has but have not heard back yet.

jeff has no dd parts well i heard back from Daca: they told me to piss up a rope and i need to talk to davis. guess i'll be smashing it on a front porch up in indiana come springtime.

Did not know it was directly shipped from them, they should have some responsibility as they are the ones who packed and shipped. Hope it works out for you bb. Bummer to have a much wanted machine and not have it arrive in working order.

well i suddenly heard from Davis last night. he's under the impression that Daca would warranty the machine and Daca says he should. a classic shift of responsibility. i just hope Davis will live up to his reputation as a stand up guy.

I hope you get the machine that you paid for and soon. You paid for a good machine. Or you need to return it, if that is possible.
