Yup!
I found a couple exposed wires on the back of one of the plugs on my pachinko (some sort of rubbing in the container?) the machine still operates fine, but I don't like the looks of it. I emailed them yesterday with pictures, and a new one is on it's way to me today, not too shabby!

Panchinko's customer service is top notch.
