My parents are looking to buy one on ebay and is this a good one to buy? Its been selling for under $100, and has anyone bought from slotusa are they a good seller? Also if someone could recommend a cool cheap pachinko machine that would be great. Thanks to anyone who replied.

That's definitely on my list of wants. I've only bought balls from this dealer so I can't say much from experience but if you do a search here I'm sure you'll find many mentions of Slotusa.

I have never bought anything from Slot USA till last week am getting my first Pachinko from them but have not revived it yet but do see it has been shipped by the tracking from FedEx so they got it out quick. I do see a lot of bad postings about them it may be if you had the bad luck they just don't have good customer service but i took a chance because the price of the auction was good. but i would wait till the near end of the auction to bid and if you think $100 is your limit i would bid like $ 101.05 as close to the end as you feal comfortable with ( be a sniper) i wait till the last 20 seconds don't keep biding it up all week just my 2 cents her is link to the Slot USA thread http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5402&highlight=usa

There is another thread that has some of the history of SlotUSA. You'll see a bunch of good experiences and a few hiccups. They shipped some people rusty pachinko balls a few years ago and they don't seem to be able to shake the negative karma from that situation. As you'd see in the other thread, I've bought Pachislos, tokens, trays, and balls, with only minor confusion on one order. They fixed me up right away and everythings been good for me recently.

i bought one machine from them it was in perfect cond. i think it matters which gorillia handles the machine be it fedex or ups they both can damage shippments.

Interestingly, we've had better success with machines than with tokens. That's ironic, because we'd gotten tokens from them before we'd gotten machines, and based on the token experience, we initially said we'd never buy machines from them. But I think they tend to prioritize the machine shipments over the token shipments. And also, as someone aptly pointed out in another thread, they seem to wait to accumulate a certain amount of orders before they ship, resulting in somewhat slower shipping for those at the beginning vs. those at the end. Also, while they do usually send shipping updates, they don't usually put the item name & ebay number, so that tends to lead to some confusion at times as well. The customer support had been excellent, and we've been very pleased with the condition of the 2 pachinkos we've purchased from them -- Rose of Versailles & Saint Maria (Mozart Wonderland).

As far as the Fever Queen machine, we have it and it's not turned out to be one of our favorites, for whatever that's worth. Rose of Versailles has been the best so far.

Does the fever Queen have the clear set of reels over the regular ones, like the Fever King.

I don't believe so, LD. I've never played Fever King, so I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but I think there's only the one set of reels. But if I'm not mistaken I seem to remember them spinning backwards sometimes, but it's been a couple of days since I've played it so I'm not sure. (And it's too loud to check it out right now.) The main thing that struck me was that it ddin't have nearly the variety that Rose of Versailles has, but then again, they're completely different types of machines.

Yeah, never having played/seen Fever King, I wasn't really sure what you were referring to. But apparently, Fever Queen doesn't have it.
