problem on DaveRob dongles contact

On October 15 I made an order for a dongle and a card reader from the Daverob site, I paid via paypal and since then I did not recieved any communication from him or website... no confirmation mail, no estimate date to send my order. nothing...

3 days ago y sent him an email asking for a confirmation or uptade about my order and again, silence...

I ask here if this is normal procedure because I have seen it has some reputation here and maybe I missed something, but its adissapointing for me that I have no response in so many days...

any similar case anybody? thanks
