Acoording to my experience, if your ball lifter is working 6 hours and more non stop, without a jam, then you more or less made it. Fill the tray with balls, take a tube that is leading the transported balls down in the tray again and let it run :-) And I really mean 5 to 6 hours. Two hours doesn't mean anything :-) Seriously. Pachinko balls are beasts.
