this is my first post, so dont harras me too bad if it has already been mentioned, or sounds dumb...

but has anyone tried Dynamat? it is used in car audio systems to dampen vibrations and such. i used to use it behind license plates to keep them from vibrating when i had my system cranked up. it also prevented the sound from escaping the cab of my truck.

maybe it could be used to line the inside of the cabinet, as well as maybe line the inside of the ball bucket that they drop into. its pretty durable, and is sticky on one side, and can be molded sort of, with a heat gun.

just an idea.. the stuff isnt cheap, but if it gets the job done, and allows you to play without disturbing the people 3 floors down, it might be worth it.
