Big Bear Pachislo Shop has moved to a new website:

It is a kind of sad that the name " Big Bear" is no longer used. It has become such a popular brand in the pachi-market since it opened in 2004 – I very much appreciate Pachitalk members for that.

As an opening promotion, I offer two recent models at special prices: Hokuto no Ken -- $150 shipped and Guts! Ishimatsu -- $120 shipped!!

Also, I put my own photos somewhere in the site so that you can have a little fun. Please find them and give them a chuckle.

The primary reason for this move is Mr. Ted Kimura’s request (see below). Although I didn't think his argument was very justifiable, I did think he was having a hard time getting clicks on his website. Since I didn’t want to drive anyone out of business because of my domain name and wasn't really attached to the word, "pachislo" or "pachisloshop" anyway, I decided to change my domain name “bigbearpachisloshop” to my legal company name "GAK Trading, Inc."

registered the name PACHISLOSHOP.COM, and has been using that web
address continuously, and without interruption from that time until the present.

After speaking to legal counsel, I am of the opinion that your address
is infringement on my trade name; and, causes confusion in the market
place. Because of that fact, I must insist that you cease and desist-
immediately - from any further use of the name:
BIGBEARPACHISLOSHOP.COM

Your failure to comply with the demands in this letter, or to make
acceptable alternate arrangement, will compel me to initiate all
available proceedings to protect my interest in my business name,
including, but not limited to an ICANN proceeding.

Unless I hear from you within 10 business days, I will proceed accordingly.
