Need help going in right direction

Noob here...

Ok, I have a "JACK POT" pachislo machine. Some of the translations Say SUPER JACKPOT (Shangqiusha Co, Ltd) and Nichidenyko paper box type F-4-20
Which machine is this???... I searched for those terms in the forums but came up empty.

The current problem is no leds light up(credit, win Trouble, Start), reset buttons don't seem to do anything, no hopper spin with coin in it, no reel spin. The only thing I can get to turn on/off is the vanity lights around the machine with the on/off switch on the power supply.

Here are some pictures inside and out. If I had a schematic, basic wiring diagram or voltages to check for... I'm sure I can get this going. I am an experienced repair technician and understand a fair amount of what's going on in here but I HATE FLYING BLIND and guessing.

Full reset (sometimes referred to here as the hard reset) it includes changing or setting the odds as part of the procedure..

"TURN YOUR MACHINE OFF FIRST"

1. Locate internal key switch, and insert key.
Note: In order to change odds, machine must be in idle mode with no tokens/coins or credits being played and off.

2. Turn "reset" key switch to on, to access programming mode.

3. Turn on machine now.

4. Depending on machine type, a number from 1 to 6 will be displayed on one of the LED meters on front door.

5. Locate and push Odds setting button. Depress button and notice movement of number being displayed in LED meter.

6. Once desired level is displayed (1 to 6), push down on play handle (Joy Stick) for 10 seconds.

7. Turn "reset" key back to off.

8. Machine should immediately initialize. If not, turn power switch to the OFF position, wait 15 seconds and turn power switch back to ON position.

Ok, So I decided to take the PSU apart and found several leaking capacitors. Being that this is from 1998, it's probably overdue for a recap. Lucky me I have all the values in stock. Also have some suspect diodes that have really corroded legs and the optocouplers look overheated.

Well, I changed all the electrolytic capacitors... 90% of them were leaking or out of spec. Still no LED display on credit or win... time to go into the main board which is up top. Stay tuned Folks! I'll post my progress next week, as it's the weekend and way past beer-30!
