Default New First Timer Pink Panther 1 (Fuji) Help

    Hi all.

Ok so I just got my first Pachinko (Pink Panther by Fuji) and have a few questions.

Question 1. the 2 switches on the back (upper left just next to hopper) what do they do?
Question 2 the Red Pow button ( left hand side of the top front tray) what does that do?
Question 3 the Black button (under left hand side of top front tray) what dose that do?
Question 4 the 2 black buttons and the read out (on the right above the top front tray) what is that for?

PS I love it it is great need to get more balls and can't wait to hit fever mode.

Thanks for the help guys and sorry for being a n00b.

    Welcome to PachiTalk!

Some pictures would help a lot with determining what the switches do.

If I'm online, then I approve straight away

Okay I can't find a specific manual for your model but here are a couple of links that may be useful:

PachiTalk Research Center - Machine Manuals - Fuji Machines - PachiTalk

PachiTalk Research Center - FAQ - Pachinko - Modern Pachinko Game Setup, Playing Troublehooting FAQ - PachiTalk

regarding the 2 buttons usually located on the front tray:

these are for calling attendants in the parlours, etc and whilst not originally serving a purpose in the home environment, one of our members daverob has invented a Card Reader Emulator Dongle (CRED) that will enable these buttons to work to dispense balls etc

Quite a few of us have these to help create a more 'parlour' feel to our machines

Here is a link to a post with video links that explains better what they are and what they do, just in case you are intrigued by the idea

Well. I'm guess the red button is a chance button and the display and buttons is for the parlour ball loan system. Meant for parlour use and does nothing at home unless you get a daverob dongle

    A 'chance' button:

Not all models have it, but on most of my own moderns, you can press this when / if prompted on screen and it helps with chances to achieve an objective / bonus etc

Quite often the word 'CHANCE' is written on the button itself and it usually lights up, quite often a red colour

You would usually be prompted onscreen with the word 'Chance' and on some models you may even see an animated cartoon finger pressing a chance button for a few seconds to show you that you need to press it

I'm sorry i don't have the Pink Panther model in my collection, so can't be certain if it utilises the chance button, some models hardly ever seem to come up with it and on others it can be a common play feature

Hopefully other members with your model will pop by with more info for you
