That frame came in Black (for Jurrasic Park), Yellow and Purple. The gold chrome is only for the premier, only one that I know of that exists

Pretty much all Pachinko machines come in different specs, each with different odds, payouts per pocket, overall payout, play characteristics.

If you check this link, you'll see there are 4 different specs of this game (hover your mouse over any of the games with the flashing faces. The center game uses the same face for 2 different specs).

The top numbers are the overall odds of a bonus and odds of a bonus in High Probability mode - if you match 3 odd numbers/characters, after the bonus, you go into High Probability mode and get 100 short spins (happen faster). During this time, your odds of another bonus are the lesser number. If you get another bonus with odd numbers/characters, this HPM continues untill you get a bonus with 3 even numbers/characters, then you go back to normal mode. If you get your initial bonus with 3 even numbers/characters, you still get your 100 short spins, but in normal mode.

The next numbers are payouts per pocket. For this machine, the first number is the payout for every ball that enters the bonus door. The next number is payout for any of the side pockets (usually 4 at the bottom - 2 each side). The last number is the payout for any ball that enters the start pocket.

The next two numbers you see are the number of rounds and balls per round. (ex. - 15 rounds, 9 balls per round)

The next number is the total you can expect from a bonus.

Not 100% sure what the next numbers are.

The last number (100) means that after a bonus, you get 100 short spins. You still have to get balls into the start pocket, but the wings near that pocket will open a lot, it will be very easy to do, you should earn as many as your shooting.

That is probably true also, but I have the only Gold Chrome Volcano framed Yellow Cab (acquired from Mr Arby, a dear friend of mine)

I credit Mr Arby with the find, having it re-chromed, keeping it nice. Unfortunately, the Cedar River decided it didn't like Cedar Rapids and his entire collection was wiped out. I recovered it all and spend time now and then restoring them. This one was easy, just a disassembly, cleaning and reassembly and I put a Yellow Cab cel I already had in it. Will clean the other one up one of these days

Mr Arby

Any machine is only worth what anyone is willing to pay for it. I doubt anyone on the 'outside' (outside Pachitalk or Japan), would realize the rarity of this machine, and not sure anyone on the inside would pay what Arby did for it (or what I'd be willing to take for it ).

Right now, the high priced machines are the newest (for people who want the newest thing), the oldest - pre-Masamura Guage, Powerflash's (higher than standard 70's pachinkos, but less than others), Arrangeball and Jan-ball machines.
