I had to choose option 3 since it was actually option 1 and 2 combined. When I'm explaining the site to people who don't know about it, it's pronounced pa-chi'-talk. That however does not roll well off the tongue. My natural way of thinking of it is pachytalk. I suppose I've known about pachyderms a lot longer than I have pachinkos or pachislos and the English side will always win over in the end.

"i" is pronounced "e" in Japanese and "chi" is pronounced chee.
Example ichi or one. Pronounced echee.

Hmmmmmmmm...........Well I guess I am close to Tulsa and RKnarr01. I usually get lazy with pronunciation and say: posh-e-talk. Always thought of the forum as a posh place to be.

I voted for Patchytalk but I'm still having trouble with pachislo. I must have asked Ted Kimura to say it for me five or six times but I couldn't manage to match his pronunciation.

It's real simple.
Just break down how you say pachinko. Replace the "nko" with "talk". That's how the site name is pronounced.
