Default Pachislo Gallop machine, stop buttons not working, center wheel jerky

Hi All, i just purchased my first Pachislo machine, got it home and it doesn't work. When i went to look at the machine it hadn't been used in 10 years and had E1 error. I did full reset, and that resolved the issue. Put tokens in, pushed lever, reels spun, stop buttons turned blue, pushed stop button, thought all was good and purchased machine. Brought it home, plugged it in, put in tokens, pushed play lever, wheels spun but the stop lights stayed red, and didn't turn blue for me to stop the wheels. The center wheel also started to jerk and only move a small amount. If i waited long enough, the wheels would eventually stop but otherwise i would have to shut power off, insert key and go through reset process to stop the wheels from spinning. Figuring that it was a loose connection from the drive home, i unplugged every connection, cleaned pins with qtip and windex, reconnected and problem still the same. I replaced the 1 amp fuse and that had to impact. Also i took the 1 amp fuse out to see if that changed anything and that also had no impact. The one bet and two bet buttons don't do anything, also there is a gray button on the console just above the spin lever and that doesn't appear to do anything either. The pay button on the front right side of machine changes the credits display to change from '00' to displaying nothing. The spin knob on the inside of the door, only seems to trigger a switch to start the wheel spin process, pushing it up for max bet doesn't seem like it engages anything on the inside of the door. On the inside of the machine in upper right where the reset key goes in there is also a one way toggle switch, which i do not know what it does, it does not seem to have any impact. The power supply has a 15a and 5a fuse that the white square is almost like a push button, but it isn't apparent how that gets removed to check those fuses. On the door going from left to right is the push button to change odds, toggle switch to change speaker volume from low, med, high and then there are 2 other toggle switches that i don't know what they do. I also notice that if i push the pay button to not have '00' credits display, sometimes the lights behind the 3 cartoon characters on front of machine light up and the display under the big chance right above the credit display will flash with numbers but that is very sporadic. I have a video i can share as well to show it running. Any thoughts on where to start would be appreciated, sorry for the long write-up but thought it would be helpful for those that know their way around the machine.

Update. Here is youtube video. https://youtu.be/nHW7W6XX_cA

I also took the wheels off and cleaned sensor, no change.

Also the one bet, two bet and max buttons work if I had enough credits in them.

best bet. see if the reel came mis aligned in transit. Then check your connections from the reel and stop board.

Took all 3 wheels out, cleaned sensor, unhooked all connections, cleaned with alcohol, reattached, same issue.... I do notice when I try to spin the wheels by hand the center one has a bit more resistance than the other 2.

Would that issue also cause the stop lights to not turn blue to stop the wheels. Also it seems to run the same whether the 1 amp fuse is in or not, would that point to anything specific.

Hi everyone, wanted to give update that the issue is resolved. When the center wheel was jerking, i removed the entire wheel assembly and each of the wheels. I had noticed that the center wheel took more effort to spin manually using my hand than the other wheels. I removed the wheel from the housing and sprayed silicone spray into the end of the motor shafts on both ends Worked the silicone in my spinning the wheel and it became easier to spin. Hooked everything back up and with it spinning easier now, put tokens in and all the stop buttons work and it is now fully functional...
